Is extended enterprise learning ready for a new approach?

While mindsets, processes and technologies in corporate learning is currently shifting perspective by placing the individual employee’s self-driven learning process in centre, extended enterprise learning still seems to be somewhat stuck with push-driven strategies and technologies. Why is that? Can, and should, extended enterprise learning adapt the trends and changes in corporate learning?  

At Minerva, we think there’s a lot to gain in doing so. Just like self-driven learning processes in corporate learning can influence business results, there are a lot of indications that extended enterprise can achieve the same.
