Fighting antimicrobial resistance with e-learning as marketing

With their marketing campaign, #Wound_warriors, Essity wanted to engage health care professionals in the fight against antimicrobial resistance. Essity asked Minerva to produce an informative and engaging e-learning course to support their marketing campaign and educate health care professionals. Raising awareness and engagement through education is an important part of strengthening the brand position of wound care products and generate qualitative leads.

Ett viktigt stöd i denna vision är att ha digitala, lättillgängliga utbildningar och att ha möjlighet att dela kunskap. Därför satsar Stanley Security Sverige aktivt och målinriktat på digitalt lärande.

Som en del av satsningen valde de ut Minerva som samarbetspartner för att ta fram ett e-learningkoncept för digitala utbildningar till olika målgrupper.

Digital miljö- och hållbarhetskurs för NCC

NCC är ett nordiskt bygg- och fastighetsutvecklingsföretag som är verksamt inom hela värdekedjan. Företaget fokuserar på hållbarhetsaspekter inom alla delar av företaget och vill skapa medvetenhet om företagets egen påverkan på miljön samt fokusera på att de projekt som bidrar med fler positiva värden än negativa effekter inom hållbarhet.NCC ville ha en digital kurs för att utbilda medarbetare om hållbarhetsregler och hållbarhetspolicys inom företaget. Utöver att skapa medvetenhet och engagemang var även syftet med den digitala miljö- och hållbarhetskursen att möta lagkrav som fastställer att alla medarbetare ska vara medvetna om hållbarhetsregler och policys.Minerva producerade en interaktiv kurs som informerar om hållbarhetsregler och hållbarhetspolicys.

Establishing a digital platform for continuous and social learning

Within fashion and retail, new things happen all the time. Seasons, styles and trends change, and brands launch new designs. To ensure continuous learning for subsidiaries and retailers all over Europe, Minerva Group helped an international clothing brand implement a digital platform for social learning. Together with the client, Minerva Group built and designed the digital academy with a “mobile first” learning approach. Now, the digital platform is a one-stop shop.

Onboardning at Sahlgrenska University hospital

Sahlgrenska University hospital in Gothenburg wanted to optimize their on-boarding training process with e-learning providing 900 new staff members each year with information and training before starting their jobs at the facilities.

In just four months from the first contact, the Minerva delivered engaging and motivating e-learning based on case stories and exercises.

Workshops to improve service skills

Great service is all about people skills. Järfällahus hired Minerva to conduct the training programme “Best Service for All” with all their employees.

The training consisted of three intensive days of workshops, group exercises, personal reflection and brief theoretical lessons, together with an additional workshop for the senior management.

Security training and communication skills for cinema staff.

We work continuously with cinema operator SF Bio, conducting safety and security training with their employees.

Cinema staff needs comprehensive knowledge about relevant security procedures and guidelines, but also communication skills, in order to be able to handle any conflicts that might occur in their workplace. We also conduct ergonomics training to help SF Bio employees avoid occupational injuries.
