A blended learning concept to keep customers and employees safe

Together with the train operator Stockholmståg, Minerva developed a blended learning concept on the subject of human safety.

The concept combined classroom lessons, e-learning and practical exercises in firefighting and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, professional communication and human safety. We have also conducted training in professional communication to develop the company’s service, customer treatment and ability to handle difficult customer situations.
